Dilution Probe Controller

The Dilution Probe Controller is a fully functional dilution style probe controller

housed in a modular 19” rack mount chassis. Complete with flowmeters, pressure

gauges, and precision regulators the DPC provides precise control of the

pressurized air delivered to the probe. Up to seven separate (one zero) cal gasses

can be conveniently diverted to the probe for calibration. The calibration gasses

can be selected manually from the front panel or controlled remotely via 24 vdc

inputs. Status outputs are also provided using internal dry relay contacts to monitor

the calibration function of the controller. Blowback and Aspiration air are also

regulated and controlled using the DPC.

Indication: Discrete LED (red)

Signal Voltage: 24 V/DC (Control)

Cal Gas Pressure: 60 psi (max)

Blow Back Pressure: 90 psi (max)

Connections: 1/4” tube compression

Signal Connection: 16 pin phoenix

Status Indicators: Normally open dry relay contacts
